Housing

You could describe the facilities as indoor camping. The cabins are sheetrocked and have electricity, lights, fans, showers, and indoor bathrooms. Altogether, the cabins and the one dormitory can accomodate over forty people.

Food

The main foods of Belize are beans and rice, but there are lots of fruits, too. Most native meat comes from chickens, which Mennonnite missionaries brought into the country. There is a large dining hall, and don't worry, it is screened in.
